National Electrical Benefit Fund
NEBF is equal to $32 per month multiplied by years of service. After just 20 years you will get*

IBEW Pension Benefit Fund
The second defined benefit is funded through the monthly dues payments. When you retire you receive
$4.50 per month multiplied by years of service.

This fund is protected by law and it equals 15% of gross wages per hour for Journeyman. After just 20 years you individual retirement account could have over $160,000 in it.
